Growing Money God's Way :)

To add to the good news of the fact that God wants you to prosper on all levels, God wants the the process of you getting to prosperity yo be easy:

Proverbs 10:22 "The blessing of the LORD brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it."

Isn't that the greatest relief? That God wants the process to be easy? But with any privilege such as this there is a duty that we must fulfill.

In all the scripture that I looked at yesterday and in Leviticus 25 18-22 God explains the commensurate duty that goes with this privilege:

" 'Follow my decrees and be careful to obey my laws, and you will live safely in the land. Then the land will yield its fruit, and you will eat your fill and live there in safety. You may ask, "What will we eat in the seventh year if we do not plant or harvest our crops?" I will send you such a blessing in the sixth year that the land will yield enough for three years."

Does God want you to be Rich?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has wondered about this question. Who has wondered about the fairness of Christians suffering poverty while the non-believers have a royal time gathering riches. In fact most people grow up with the idea that poverty is a virtue. But does God want us just to get by, or even live in poverty?

Seek Me and Live

At the beginning of this journey with God and how I deal with money, one thing was clear to me: I was not doing it right and I seriously needed guidance from God in how to deal with this. But where to start?

Just do it

This blog has been brewing in my heart for a few months. I have prayed about it, trying to reason myself out of this new path. I am not yet qualified in this field and God revealed to me the very thing I struggle with most, as the field He wanted me to coach in.
